BHN Care Plus has the expertise of a professional team, with Capt. Isbah Syed at the helm of the company and Dr. Naazneen Ladak. We are now a team of more than 100 members, with trained care team and domain specialists in the support functions.

We take pride in our well-trained staff, a team that is not only passionate and dedicated but compassionate in their care services for the elderly. Our team includes facility managers, supervisors, nurses, care givers, housekeeping professionals, cooks and miscellaneous staff, security guards and volunteers.

Our Homes and facilities are managed by well- trained ‘Live in’ Supervisors and overviewed by Dr. Naazneen Ladak who is a Geriatric specialist and Psychiatrist on regular visits. With an entourage of care givers, housekeeping professionals, cooks, miscellaneous staff, security guards and volunteers. The Facility Manager has complete ownership of the operations at an Epoch home.

Our staff is well trained in elder care along with specialized care for Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Schizophrenia, Paralytics, and hemiplegics; and dedicated to providing compassionate care for seniors.

Each home is well staffed with passionate, trained, and driven people. We take great pride in our work and what we bring to the table as an organization.
